I have not yet received my order, where is it?

Once your transaction has been successfully processed, the packing of your order may take 3 business days. We deliver by UPS and Standard Mail, depending on your location, and standard delivery takes 3-7 business days. Once your order has set out for shipment, you should receive a tracking number. Check your email/spam box for that note, or contact us using our email form below to get further details.

It’s been longer than that and I still haven’t received my package.

We do apologize if it’s taking a little longer than normal to receive your order. Please be assured, unless we’ve contacted you directly to state otherwise, it’s on it’s way! During certain peak periods, i.e. holidays, the delivery time may be longer than our estimated time schedule. Please don’t worry! Your Kawaii Notebook order is working it’s way to you right now! How do I track my delivery?

The order confirmation including the tracking code will be emailed to you automatically, without question, when placing an order. Most of the time, it includes a simple link to click where you can see the delivery time. Some email services might consider these automated emails as spam. Please check the spam folder in case the message has ended up there.

I saw a product once that isn’t in the store anymore. Can I still get it?

Virtually every item we have is available 24/7. If it isn’t in the store anymore, the product might simply be unavailable for delivery; we would then have removed it from the inventory listings. At this time, what you see on the website represents what we currently have available to deliver without questions. We are always working with our partnered artists to create new products, so check back often, or use the form below to inquire about getting the item you saw before.
